Gluten Free Teriyaki Marinade

This Gluten Free Teriyaki Marinade turned out great! It seems to me that because it is light and sweet, that it is well suited to chicken and vegetables. Beef might be okay, but I haven't tried that. If you do, let me know how it goes!

When I first had the idea for Grilled Chicken skewers with Gluten Free Teriyaki Marinade, I had zucchini and yellow squash on the ingredients list as well. Funny enough, when it came time for the final test batch, I forgot to cut them. No joke! I still think that they would be an excellent addition to this recipe, so try it.

Thought for the day: Zucchini does not cut itself, but maybe it could help me with the squash...
