I am a wife, a homeschool mom, a foodie and an avid reader. I make my living by reviewing gluten free food and writing blog posts, web copy, random smatterings of poetry and anything else that catches my eye. I love my work, but my family is my life.
I am blessed enough to be married to the most amazing man I have ever met. I call him Poj… I have no idea why.
This precious girl is my D.D. Bear. She is my constant companion and an absolute delight. Together, we are navigating the joys of homeschool education, gluten free cooking and adolescence.
This lovely lady is our oldest daughter, Des. I met her when she was 14 years old and I have been blessed ever since to be a part of her life. She’s much older now and has a home of her own which means we don’t see her much, but when she does come to visit it’s always a good time.
Rounding out the family are more pets than I care to admit to and a huge supporting cast of siblings, parents, aunts, uncles and cousins.
I started this blog years ago when I first started my gluten free diet. At the time I just wanted to share what I was learning and maybe vent a little. Since then, a lot has changed. Life has gotten busier, questions have gotten tougher and I’ve learned so much more about how to find my answers.
This life we all live is crazy-messy-beautiful, and I am loving every minute of it. Thank you for joining me on this journey. My prayer for each one of you is that you will always feel blessed and that you will never stop searching for serenity.
