
Mozzarella sticks are here! Well, not here...HERE!
Added Tips and Tricks:
- If you make Gluten Free Mozzarella Cheese Sticks with string cheese instead of block mozzarella the are a little more moist and gooey. When I tested it, I cut the sticks into quarters and then breaded them. Leave them whole for giant sticks or cut them bite size.
- You can use the same breading and technique for making cheddar bites by using cheddar cheese.
- Try making gourmet style Gluten Free Mozzarella Cheese Sticks by adding dry or ground rosemary to the breading.
- To make pepper jack cheese bites: Leave out the Italian herbs and substitute 1/2 tsp garlic salt for the ground sage and 1/4 tsp black pepper in the breading.
Thought for the day: The blinders we choose to wear often keep us from seeing the stones in our path.
